Buddy is a fast-talking, sarcastic, street-wise New Yorker, and damn proud of it. He is consistently
collecting unemployment checks, and has no future plans to find a job. He lives in Apt. 413 with his roommate/best friend Tamra. When there is mischief to be had you can bet your ass Buddy is in the middle of it all.
